Key Responsibilities:
Efficiently manage the CEO's
Coordinate schedules for meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
Oversee the hiring process, including filtering candidates, conducting tests, and scheduling interviews.
Prepare and manage KPI reports and meeting materials.
Undertake a combination of professional and personal tasks as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in an assistant role to corporate CEOs.
A Bachelor's degree in Communication or related field is preferred.
Demonstrated experience in E-commerce, D2C, or Manufacturing industries.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong growth mentality and excellent communication skills.
Ability to work independently and drive results.
Working Conditions:
Part-time position starting at 20 hours per week with potential for role expansion.
Remote work with no current requirement for travel.
