Facebook AD Lead Generation Expert

I am looking for someone who will start part time and if they do well will go to full time. This person is in charge of all things Facebook Advertising for lead generation. Evaluate the ADs and help with changing the ADs and capture page until it is success full. Also may be in charge of creating and posting content - but they will be determined later.
