The Senior IT Helpdesk Technician requires at least 5+ years of proven experience with technology and outstanding personal communication skills. Our clients are easygoing and fun to work with. You must be able to do documentation and time-entry in our ticketing system. A positive, service-oriented personality is a must!
Experience/Qualifications
• Hardware maintenance for enterprise servers is a MUST
• Network knowledge: (DNS, DHCP, FIREWALL) a +
• Windows Desktop Support: 5 years minimal
• Mac IOS a
• Mac OSX: a
• Ticketing System experience a +
• Microsoft Office 365 Support a +
• Organization skills a MUST
• Excellent Communication skills (written/verbal) a MUST
• PowerShell scripting skills a +
• Microsoft Azure skills a +
• VDI Platform Knowledge
• Backup System experience a +
• Cisco Meraki a +
• Microsoft Windows Server skills a +
• Server Virtualization a +
