We are a dynamic e-commerce company with a thriving Amazon store, specializing in providing quality products to our customers. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a full-time E-Commerce Store Manager and Wholesale Sourcing Specialist.

Responsibilities:

Wholesale Sourcing:

Identify profitable products for our Amazon store through wholesale channels.
Research and establish relationships with US-based wholesale suppliers.
Negotiate terms, pricing, and secure advantageous deals with suppliers.
Source new and trending products to expand our product catalog.
Supplier Communication and Account Management:

Communicate effectively with suppliers to maintain strong relationships.
Open and manage accounts with various wholesale suppliers.
Coordinate with suppliers to resolve any issues and ensure smooth transactions.
Inventory Management:

Monitor and manage inventory levels to avoid stockouts or overstock situations.
Implement effective inventory control strategies.
Work closely with suppliers to optimize lead times and order quantities.
Store Management:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of our Amazon store.
Ensure product listings are accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for maximum visibility.
Monitor customer reviews and address any concerns promptly.
Implement strategies to enhance the overall customer shopping experience.
Data Analysis:

Utilize analytical tools to assess sales performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Implement data-driven decisions to optimize product selection and pricing strategies.
Requirements:

Proven experience in wholesale sourcing for Amazon stores.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Proficient in managing the Amazon platform.
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
Self-motivated and results-oriented.
Familiarity with inventory management and order fulfillment processes.
Demonstrated ability to meet targets and deadlines.
Trial Period:
A one-week trial period will be conducted to assess candidate suitability. This trial period is unpaid in accordance with company policies.

Full-Time Employment:
Successful completion of the trial period will lead to full-time employment.
