Responsibilities:
Assess and analyze clients' credit reports and financial standing. (Using IdentityIQ and Credit Repair Cloud)
Develop personalized credit restoration strategies and plans.
Communicate effectively with clients to explain credit processes and improvements.
Negotiate with creditors and credit bureaus to resolve discrepancies and disputes.
Monitor and track the progress of clients' credit status and report updates.
Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to all federal and state regulations regarding credit repair.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in credit restoration or related field.
In-depth knowledge of credit reporting systems, financial practices, and legal aspects related to credit and debt.
Professionalism, accountability, and punctuality are essential.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients efficiently.
High level of integrity, ethics, and commitment to client confidentiality.
Proficiency in using credit repair software and tools.
