What we are looking for
Someone who is Passionate, creative, and tenacious, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in UX/UI design for creative App Dev and Web and Graphic Design across mediums.

Job Description:
We are in search of a detail-oriented UI/UX Designer passionate about creating visually appealing and user-friendly design systems. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including mobile and web design, with the aim of enhancing user experience and engagement. Your expertise in UX/UI design will be instrumental in enhancing user journeys across our website, app, emails and beyond.

Responsibilities:
User Journey Enhancement: Elevate user experiences through intuitive UI/UX designs
Develop and refine product design processes, ensuring the seamless creation and implementation of features.
Expand and maintain our comprehensive design system, collaborating closely with engineering teams for successful implementation.
Tailor designs to meet the specific needs of our customers within the hosting field, enhancing user satisfaction and engagement.
Lead UX research, conduct user testing, and map out user journeys to identify and solve design challenges.
Generate creative assets to support our product's marketing and promotional activities.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Product Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills in UI/UX Design.
A solid understanding of user-centered design principles and a commitment to creating intuitive user experiences.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and decisions clearly.
Strong knowledge of Figma, Maze, Miro, Adobe Suite and any large CMS e.g. Adobe Experience Manager
Strong collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
