Graphic Designer

Hello! I am looking to partner with a graphic designer for an Esty shop I am opening to provide real estate materials. I want them to be Canva Templates. I know what content I want inside the templates and I want the designed to be elevated, editorial, clean and visually concise. My first focus is on creating a Buyer Guide and Seller Guide, then branching off with other helpful real estate materials to help real estate agents in their businesses. Starting off they will be different jobs I will need help with and determining on how my Etsy Shop goes it could turn into some type of salary.
