This role is pivotal in providing assistance to sellers, helping them navigate the complexities of policy violations, and offering comprehensive support for various TikTok Shop-related matters. Key Responsibilities:
- **Seller Violation Assistance**:
- Assist sellers in understanding and resolving policy violations, keeping them informed about policy updates and changes.
- Provide guidance on how to appeal violations and strategies to prevent future occurrences.
- Manage communications through

- Promptly respond to seller inquiries related to the onboarding process, Shopify syncing, settlement and reserve, shop closure, trademark denial, and other aspects of TikTok Shop.
