Overview:

SageSure, a leader in catastrophe-exposed property insurance, is seeking a part-time contract Graphic Designer to assist in creating top-notch designs for internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate should possess strong graphic design skills and be able to effectively apply them to enhance digital environments for a wide user base. Additionally, they should demonstrate drive, creativity, and a deep understanding of our brand, along with a proactive and positive attitude.

Responsibilities - What You'll Be Doing:

As a part-time contract Graphic Designer, you will collaborate closely with our Program Design team to craft creative concepts and develop visually appealing designs, illustrations, and layouts for our digital materials. Your responsibilities will include:
• Creating visually appealing designs, illustrations, and layouts for digital materials.
• Ensuring that all visual concepts align seamlessly with the company brand guidelines.
• Designing presentations for PowerPoint presentations.
• Creating PDF designs for enhanced user engagement.
• Crafting templates for various document types.

Requirements - We're seeking a candidate who meets the following criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent real-world experience) in graphic design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Excellent English skills both written and verbal.
• 3-4 (or more) years of Graphic Design experience in a fast paced work environment.
• Advanced computer skills, particularly in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Full knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere, Illustrator & InDesign).
• Understanding of fundamental design principles such as typography, layout design, and color theory.
• Deep knowledge of HTML and CSS for basic web design implementation.
• Mastery of design tools such as Miro, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• The ability to collaborate effectively with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders throughout the design process.
• Conceptual understanding and implementation of responsive design principles to ensure a consistent user experience across different devices.
• Task acknowledgment and rapid response.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience working with multi-functional teams.
• Conceptual skills that reinforce design decisions.
• Understanding of design systems, design patterns, and responsive design principles.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
• A strong portfolio that showcases your design skills and creativity.
