Overages/Surplus Funds/Excess Proceeds Expert

We seek an expert virtual assistant with a proven track record of identifying and claiming overages and surplus funds from real estate transactions. The successful candidate will leverage their specialized knowledge to provide outstanding service to our clients and help them recover funds they may not have even known were owed to them.

Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize expert knowledge of overages and surplus funds to conduct comprehensive research and locate funds for clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients to gather necessary information and ensure they understand the process of claiming their funds.
- Prepare and submit claims for overages and surplus funds on behalf of clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service and promptly respond to client inquiries and concerns.
- Maintain detailed records of all transactions and communications with clients.
- Assist in managing client accounts and ensuring timely disbursement of funds.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations related to overages and surplus funds and provide expert guidance to clients.

Requirements:
- Proven expertise in identifying and claiming overages and surplus funds from real estate transactions.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in using various software programs, including Google Suite, Slack, HighLevel, and ReadyMode, etc.
- Extensive knowledge of the real estate industry, specifically with overages and surplus funds.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Ability to work remotely and have access to a reliable internet connection.
