House Cleaning VA

We are looking for a motivated and self driven individual that can help us grow our house cleaning business. 70% of your day will be on the phone with customers, leads and cleaners.

You will be responsible for

- booking new customers
- quoting leads
- dispatch management
- cleaner support
- customer disputes
- cleaner and customer issues
- hiring cleaners

Looking for very good English and confident on the phone.

Prior experience not related to House Cleaning welcome to apply! We will teach you how to do house cleaning.

**Remote position must meet these qualifications:**

- Great English Speaking
- 5+ years of professional virtual assistant experience
- 3+ years of sales experience
- 3+ Customer Support experience

**Hardware Requirements**

- 2 computer screens highly recommended.
- Computer mouse
- High Speed internet ( 20 mbps or higher, download and 5 mbs or higher upload)
- Microphone headset or good quality mic
- Noise Canceling software. (krisp or others)

**Job Details**

- $650 to $1000 USD per month
- full time with weekend availability.
- Eastern Standard Time Zone
