Role Summary:
As a Digital Marketing and Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing, managing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms. Your role will involve working with tools such as Upgrade to see actual info, ClickFunnels, Active Campaign, Mailchimp, GoHighLevel, Flowchat, and more. You will be an action-taker, transforming our innovative ideas into successful marketing strategies and campaigns. This role demands flexibility, the ability to learn new skills quickly, and adaptation to changes as we grow.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns using tools such as ClickFunnels, Active Campaign, Mailchimp, Upgrade to see actual info, and GoHighLevel.

Manage and optimize marketing automation workflows to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to improve results.

Collaborate with the team to turn ideas into actionable and successful marketing strategies.

Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, and be willing to learn and adopt new tools and techniques.

Manage projects and coordinate with other teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Provide reports and insights on marketing campaign performance to the team.

Requirements:

Proven experience with digital marketing and automation tools, including Upgrade to see actual info, ClickFunnels, Active Campaign, Mailchimp, GoHighLevel, Flowchat, etc.

Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, email marketing, and sales funnels.

Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

A proactive, action-oriented attitude with the ability to work independently.

Flexibility and adaptability to change in a fast-paced environment.

Must be available to work during Pacific Standard Time hours.
