Virtual Assistant - Lead Manager

Position Summary:
We are on the lookout for a trustworthy and flexible Virtual Assistant to act as our Lead Manager. This role is crucial for managing our leads, interacting with prospects and community members via social media, and supporting our sales and event initiatives. Your primary task will involve copying, pasting, and slightly tweaking messages to engage with our audience effectively. Key Responsibilities:

Manage and organize incoming leads, ensuring they receive prompt and personalized responses.
Copy, paste, and tweak welcome messages, follow-up messages post-events, and invitation messages pre-events, customizing each message with the recipient's name.
Engage with our community on social media by sending tailored welcome or check-in messages to older followers, maintaining a warm and inclusive community atmosphere.
Support the sales team by ensuring all potential clients receive timely and relevant information about our events and offerings.
Demonstrate flexibility with your work schedule to accommodate varying volumes of communication and different time zones within our community.
Maintain a high level of trustworthiness and confidentiality, handling sensitive information with care and discretion.
Report on engagement activities and suggest improvements to enhance our community interaction and lead management processes.
Qualifications:

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong ability to communicate effectively in written English.
No specific prior skill required, but experience in customer service, administration, or as a virtual assistant would be advantageous.
