Cold Calling / Telemarketing Agent

We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and self-assured candidate to fill the position of Cold Calling Assistant within our team. The primary duty involves making outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our products/services and to generate leads. This position demands exceptional verbal communication abilities and a knack for establishing connections over the phone. A background in sales or telemarketing is highly advantageous.

The role includes scheduling appointments.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calls to potential clients
- Present our products/services to spark interest
- Keep track of leads in a database and engage in follow-ups with potential clients
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a weekly/monthly basis

Required Skills:
- Outstanding verbal communication capabilities
- Effective and convincing telephone presence
- Skill in fostering relationships and rapport
- Experience in sales or telemarketing

This project is of a medium duration, expected to last between one to three months. Candidates who demonstrate exceptional performance may receive a salary increase and an offer for a permanent position. We are seeking a candidate with intermediate experience who is proactive and has a successful history in cold calling.
