Job Duties
Coordinate Scheduling interviews - Schedule 10-minute meet and greet interviews
Conduct Virtual interviews - Foster connections with structured screening interviews, emphasizing growth and opportunities.
Interview objective - Communicate our company’s vision compellingly, motivating candidates to engage further.
Send survey links - Connect with selected candidates by sending survey links.
Input into CRM - Input and manage candidate data, ensuring a seamless flow of information.
Make hiring suggestions - Offer recommendations, drawing on your analytical skills and team-centric approach.
Dynamic Hiring Decisions based on your Input - Work alongside our Head Recruiter to develop INVALUABLE SKILLS
Weekly Department Meetings - adjust our areas of focus around the Organization's Vision and Goals
