Business Development Manager - Electrical - Dubai / Middle East - B2B Sales

Our growing company is looking for a skilled and dedicated Business Development Manager to extend our reach through expert cultivation of new, untapped business opportunities and relationships in the Middle East with our lighting products.

The successful candidate shall be expected to professionally perform the duties and responsibilities listed below.

Duties and responsibilities:

· Develop strong communication networks and relationships with key contractors, consultants, and end-users in the lighting, electrical & construction field
· Take a lead role in developing new business proposals and presentations that create and nurture opportunities and partnerships
· Assess customers' lighting needs and determine which products and services best suit their needs.
· Effectively present the products and services to customers in a variety of situations utilizing the tools available (sales presentations, meetings, field visits, and trade shows).
· Coordinate with the Sales Director to prepare budget estimates/quotes for customers' lighting needs.
· Identify and define key relationships and decision-makers to maximise on projects via linked in, email, & calls
· Work in a team environment to analyze the project from a sales, business, and engineering perspective.

Requirements:

· 2+ years of experience in electrical or construction-related sectors
· 5+ years of experience AND a PROVEN TRACK RECORD OF SUCCESSFUL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ROLES
· Excellent relationships with consultants, contractors, and project management firms.
· The English language is a must.
· Dynamic, good personality, presentable, and motivated to close deals.
