Creating Book From Podcast Episodes

I have a podcast "how Real Estate Changed My Life."
I would like someone to create transcripts of the episodes and create an e- book. The idea is each episode can be a chapter.
There are 17 episodes at this time.
I need it to read well in conversational English.
