My Amazon Guy is looking for a QA Specialist!

We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Specialist with a strong focus on training to join our team. This role combines quality assurance with a passion for developing and delivering training programs that support the continual improvement of our quality standards. The ideal candidate will monitor and maintain the quality of our processes and products, assess team performance, and implement effective training solutions to address knowledge gaps and promote best practices.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deliver training programs that align with quality standards, ensuring teams are equipped with the necessary knowledge to maintain high levels of performance.
- Ensure that all training materials are aligned with company policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
- Conduct regular assessments of team members to identify knowledge gaps and areas for improvement, and provide constructive feedback.
- Develop, update, and maintain training documentation, manuals, and guides that accurately reflect quality assurance processes and best practices.
- Work closely with department heads, supervisors, and other stakeholders to identify training needs and develop custom solutions for various teams.
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs by monitoring performance data, analyzing test results, and making data-driven adjustments as needed.
- Perform periodic audits of processes to ensure compliance with QA standards and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Generate reports on training progress, quality metrics, and performance trends to help guide strategic quality improvements.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Training and Development, Education, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in QA, with at least 1 year focused on training, learning, or instructional design.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance processes, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for delivering clear, effective training sessions and materials.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for assessing quality metrics and making improvements.
- Familiarity with e-learning software, LMS platforms, and quality assessment tools is a plus.
