Job Type: Full-Time

Hourly Rate: $4 - $7 per hour

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and efficient Lead Gen / Appointment Setting expert to join our team at a thriving kombucha brewery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads and providing appointment setting and phone support to our sales force. This role is integral to our team’s success, as you will be the first point of contact for potential clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:
Research and identify potential clients and partners in the kombucha market.
Utilize various online platforms and databases to gather contact information.
Organize and maintain a database of leads for the sales team.

Phone Support:
Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our products and services.
Schedule appointments and follow-ups for the sales team.
Answer incoming calls and provide information about our products as needed.

Sales Assistance:
Assist the sales team in preparing presentations and sales materials.
Keep track of sales targets and progress reports.
Provide administrative support to the sales team as required.

Customer Relationship Management:
Update and maintain customer information in the CRM system.
Engage with customers to understand their needs and gather feedback.
Follow-up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Reporting and Collaboration:
Prepare weekly reports on lead generation and sales activities.
Participate in teaUpgrade to see actual infoetings and provide updates on tasks and progress.
Collaborate with other departments to improve product knowledge and sales strategies.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or a similar role.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
High school diploma; additional qualifications in sales or marketing are a plus.

Must have a quiet and professional home office environment.
Reliable internet connection and a personal computer.
Availability to work during standard business hours in our time zone.
