Inside Sales Agent

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Agent to join our dynamic team. As a ISA, you will be responsible for calling leads through Facebook and instagram ads for clients to get more buyers and sellers qualified and set as appointments in their calendar. Your role will be instrumental in driving the success of our service delivery team to ensure client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
Calling Facebook ad leads for Real estate agents and qualifying into appointments
Communicate with team members
Answering lead questions to clients
Reach agreed upon KPI targets by the deadline
Resolve lead flow inquiries
Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
Fluent in English (Preferably zero to no accent)
Familiarity with CRM platforms
Deadline and detail-oriented
