JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic individual to join our team as a Social Media and Appointment Setting Coordinator. As a rapidly growing indoor rowing fitness studio, we are dedicated to providing our members with exceptional service and support to achieve their health and fitness goals. This role is crucial in managing our social media presence across various platforms and connecting with potential members to book appointments and promote our studio packages.

Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the studio's social media platforms, including TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, Google My Business, LinkedIn, and Instagram.

Create engaging and relevant content for social media posts to showcase our studio, classes, events, and promotions.
Monitor and respond to likes, comments, and messages across all social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
Utilize the unified inbox to manage and respond to direct messages (DMs) and connect with potential collaborators.
Engage with followers and potential members to build relationships, answer inquiries, and promote our studio packages and offerings.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop social media strategies and campaigns to drive engagement, increase followers, and generate leads.

Set appointments with potential members using effective communication and persuasion skills to encourage them to visit our studio and try our classes.

Maintain accurate records of social media engagement, appointment bookings, and conversions for reporting purposes.
Stay up-to-date on social media trends, best practices, and platform updates to optimize our social media presence and strategies.

Requirements:

Excellent spoken and written English language skills.
Passion for fitness and a willingness to promote health and wellness.
Understanding of social media platforms and experience managing social media accounts for businesses.
Proficiency in computer skills and ability to navigate various software programs and applications.
Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools.
Youthful energy and enthusiasm for engaging with audiences on social media.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with people and build relationships.
Proven ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
Previous experience in appointment setting or sales is preferred but not required.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field is a plus.
