JOB OVERVIEW

We're seeking a skilled and detail-oriented part-time bookkeeper to assist with our Amazon FBA business. Our products are sourced locally and from Alibaba, and we need help tracking expenses and organizing financial data into a comprehensive Excel sheet.

Responsibilities:

Review and record all financial transactions related to our Amazon FBA operations, including purchases, sales, and expenses.
Create and maintain an Excel spreadsheet to track inventory costs, sales revenue, and profit margins.
Analyze spending patterns and identify opportunities for cost savings.
Prepare monthly financial reports and summaries.
Collaborate with our team to understand financial goals and strategies.
Requirements:

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Familiarity with Amazon FBA business operations and e-commerce platforms.
