We are looking for a talented Real Estate Transaction Coordinator to facilitate smooth and efficient real estate transactions for our clients in Arizona. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the administrative aspects of the transaction process, ensuring all documentation is accurate and timelines are met. Responsibilities:

-Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, agents, lenders, and other stakeholders throughout the transaction process.
-Coordinate and manage all aspects of real estate transactions from contract to close, including but not limited to opening escrow, coordinating inspections, and scheduling closing appointments.
-Prepare and review contracts, addendums, and other transaction documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with state and federal regulations.
-Communicate effectively with all parties involved to provide updates, address concerns, and facilitate a smooth closing process.
-Coordinate with title companies, lenders, and other third-party vendors to ensure timely completion of all necessary tasks and paperwork.
-Maintain detailed transaction files and records, ensuring all documentation is organized and up-to-date.
-Assist agents and brokers with administrative tasks as needed to support their efforts in serving clients effectively.

Requirements:

-Previous experience as a real estate transaction coordinator or similar role is preferred.
-Knowledge of real estate transaction processes, contracts, and forms in the state of Arizona.
-Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines effectively.
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
-Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
-Proficiency in google suite products, knowledge of CRMs
