Campaign Planning and Execution: Assistant Marketing Managers often assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns. This may involve contributing to the creation of marketing plans, setting campaign objectives, and coordinating with internal teams or external agencies to execute campaigns effectively.

Market Research and Analysis: They may be responsible for conducting market research to identify consumer trends, competitor strategies, and potential opportunities for the brand. This includes analyzing customer demographics, preferences, and behaviors to inform marketing strategies.

Content Creation and Management: Assistant Marketing Managers may assist in creating marketing materials such as social media posts, blog articles, email newsletters, and advertising copy. They may also help manage content calendars, ensuring that content is published consistently across various channels.

Digital Marketing Support: They may support digital marketing efforts by assisting with the management of social media accounts, monitoring online advertising campaigns, and analyzing digital metrics to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.

Brand Management: Assistant Marketing Managers may play a role in brand management activities, including maintaining brand consistency across all marketing materials, monitoring brand perception, and ensuring that brand guidelines are followed in all communications.

Education and Experience:
At least 3 years of experience as an Assistant Marketing Manager
Strong English skills, both written and verbal
Experience with both and comfort working in multi-cultural, multi-discipline organization is an advantage
Preferably based in Manila
