We are seeking an organized and proactive Program Virtual Assistant to support our Brand Launch Program, a 12-week initiative designed to empower aspiring entrepreneurs in creating a successful ecommerce brand. The ideal candidate will have excellent administrative skills, be adept at using various digital tools, and possess strong communication abilities to effectively support account managers in tracking student progress and payments.
Key Responsibilities:
Student Progress Tracking: Assist in monitoring and recording the progress of students through the program, ensuring milestones are being met according to the structured timeline.
Payment Processing: Support in managing and tracking student payments,billing, and following up on pending payments to ensure timely financial operations.
Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student information, progress reports, and financial transactions using CRM systems and other digital tools.
Communication Support: Facilitate clear and effective communication between students, account managers, sales team, and program leadership by managing correspondence and providing timely updates on student progress and payment statuses.
Administrative Assistance: Perform various administrative tasks including but not limited to document preparation, creating reports, and managing digital filing systems to support the smooth operation of the Brand Launch Program.
Technical Support: Assist students and account managers with basic technical support related to the online learning platform, troubleshooting common issues, and guiding users in navigating their payment solutions.
Other duties as agreed upon and assigned.
