Real Estate Marketing Assistant

Immediate opening for full-time Real Estate Marketing Assistant. The perfect candidate will be tech savvy, responsive, have a superior attention to detail, ability to multitask, have a working knowledge of internal and external marketing for real estate, speak English very well, show up on time every day. Canva experience required
Content Creation and Editing:
Assist in creating and editing marketing content (on Canva), including blog posts, social media updates, and newsletters/postcards/brochures
Staying organized using Google Office Systems
Schedule and publish posts using social media management tools
Input and manage data from real estate data tools I.e (MLS, FloridaRealtors etc.)
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with marketing software/tools.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently and remotely.

Required Qualifications:
Previous experience in marketing or a related field as a virtual assistant
Familiarity with social media platforms
Basic graphic design skills (Canva, etc.).
