Go High Level Expert
Role Overview
As the Go High Level Expert at Mentally Balanced Media (MBM), you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and managing robust automation workflows to support both internal operations and client-facing needs. Your expertise in Go High Level, combined with your ability to collaborate across teams, will ensure seamless workflows, high-performing automations, and exceptional client experiences.
This position requires advanced technical skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to balance competing priorities while delivering consistent, high-quality results. You will work across MBM’s internal systems and directly support clients, optimizing workflows to achieve measurable efficiency and impact.
Key Responsibilities
Workflow Design and Implementation:
Build, customize, and deploy workflows, triggers, campaigns, and pipelines in Go High Level for both internal operations and client-specific requirements.
Develop and optimize automations for lead management, marketing campaigns, appointment scheduling, and CRM processes.
Create dynamic dashboards and reporting tools to provide actionable insights for internal teams and clients.
Quality Assurance and Risk Management:
Conduct rigorous QA testing on all workflows to achieve and maintain a 98% error-free rate.
Implement and document standardized QA protocols, including test cases and automated testing processes.
Ensure all workflows adhere to MBM’s data security and privacy standards, including compliance with HIPAA or other relevant regulations.
Platform Optimization and Maintenance:
Regularly audit workflows and systems to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
Maintain and manage API connections, webhooks, and third-party integrations to ensure reliability and compatibility.
Optimize database structure, tags, and pipelines for improved functionality and scalability.
Collaboration with Internal Teams and Clients:
Work with internal teams to streamline MBM’s operations and ensure systems align with business goals.
Collaborate with the client success team to understand client needs, translate them into effective workflows, and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
Provide clear updates and troubleshooting assistance to non-technical stakeholders and clients.
Documentation and Reporting:
Document all workflows, automations, and processes in a clear, organized manner for reference and future training.
Deliver weekly reports on workflow performance, optimization progress, and client satisfaction metrics.
Training and Support:
Provide training and support to tea
Create tutorials or guides to help internal and client teams maximize the platform’s potential.
Continuous Improvement and Learning:
Stay updated on new features, tools, and best practices in Go High Level and recommend innovative solutions.
Conduct quarterly audits to implement at least 2 impactful workflow improvements per quarter.
Performance Goals
Accuracy: Maintain a 98% error-free rate for all workflows and automations.
Turnaround Time:
Deploy simple workflows within 3 business days.
Complete complex workflows or integrations within 7 business days, including QA testing.
Optimization: Conduct regular audits and deliver impactful improvements to increase efficiency and reduce manual processes.
Client Satisfaction: Maintain a client satisfaction score of 90% or higher for automation projects.
System Uptime: Ensure 99.9% workflow uptime through proactive monitoring and maintenance.
Required Skills and Experience
Technical Expertise:
Advanced proficiency in Go High Level, including workflows, triggers, campaigns, pipelines, and reporting.
Experience with APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations.
Familiarity with related tools like

Proven ability to troubleshoot, test, and optimize workflows with a high degree of accuracy.
Collaboration and Communication:
Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
Ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical users clearly and concisely.
