We are seeking a motivated and skillful Affiliate Marketing Specialist to take a comprehensive affiliate marketing course that we have purchased and apply its teachings to develop and manage our affiliate marketing program. The ideal candidate will be responsible for learning the course material, developing strategies, setting up the affiliate program, recruiting affiliates, and managing the program to achieve sales targets and grow our affiliate network.

- Create a detailed plan and strategy for implementing the course teachings, including setting clear objectives and benchmarks for success.
- Set up and manage our affiliate marketing program, including selecting and implementing the right affiliate marketing software or platform.
- Recruit and onboard new affiliates, providing them with the necessary resources and support to promote our products effectively.
- Monitor affiliate performance and optimize the program to ensure maximum efficiency and profitability.
- Coordinate with our marketing team to align the affiliate program with our overall marketing strategy.
- Report on the program’s performance, providing insights and recommendations for further growth.
