Remote Cosmetic Chemist

Looking for a talented and experienced Cosmetic Chemist to conduct experiments, record follow-ups, capturing compelling visual content, and assisting in the development of product briefs and or testing. I own a product development agency and am the lead cosmetic chemist. I need help working on client files and experiments for cosmetic, beauty, personal care products and some cleaning products.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct cosmetic experiments and tests as directed by the lead chemist.
Document experimental procedures and results accurately.
Communicate effectively with clients via email, providing updates and addressing inquiries.
Capture high-quality videos and photographs of experiments and products for marketing and educational purposes.
Assist in writing briefs and reports on experimental findings and product development.
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in cosmetic chemistry and green beauty.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, or a related field.
Proven experience in cosmetic chemistry or a similar role.
Strong understanding of formulation development and cosmetic ingredients.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Proficient in using digital tools for communication and documentation.
An iPhone 12 or newer or a DSLR to take photography and/or videography is a plus.
