Amazon Compliance and Regulatory Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Amazon Compliance and Regulatory Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our Amazon operations comply with all applicable regulations, policies, and standards to maintain a seamless and compliant selling experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Regulatory Compliance:

--Stay abreast of changes in Amazon's policies, guidelines, and industry regulations
affecting our products and operations.
--Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with Amazon's terms of service, including
product listings, advertising, and customer communications.

2. Product Compliance:

--Evaluate and ensure that all products comply with applicable local and international
regulatory standards and certifications.
--Work closely with product development teams to ensure new products meet regulatory
requirements from the design phase.

3. Documentation and Reporting:

--Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of regulatory compliance documentation for
all products.
--Prepare and submit necessary reports and documentation to Amazon as required.

4. Issue Resolution:

--Investigate and address any compliance-related issues or warnings received from
Amazon.
--Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and prevent
future compliance issues.

5. Policy Training:

--Provide training and guidance to relevant teams on Amazon's policies and regulations.
--Stay informed about changes in policies and communicate updates to the organization.

Qualifications:

--Proven experience in compliance management within an Amazon seller context.
--Familiarity with Amazon's Seller Central platform and policies.
--Strong understanding of local and international product regulations.
--Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
--Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
