VA System Setup

I am looking for an experienced VA that is able to work this gig and setup my processes to ensure I have the BEST SOP for operating with a VA overseas.

Your application should also include the following:
1) References for companies you have worked for. You MUST have experience providing HIGH LEVEL VA services
2) DISC Scores
3) Proposal on how you will be setting up my VA and I for success

The main tasks will be as follows:
1) Clear, Detailed, and EASY to understand SOP to ensure the success of my VA
2) Software suggestions to ensure that communication, and processes are efficient and easy for myself and the VA. Must provide a case as to why we would require a certain software. 3 Options for the software must be provided with cost benefit analysis and finding the best solution. Saving money, protecting privacy, and increasing efficiency is the goal. You MUST have experience with the software. This will be included in your SOP creation.
3) Other work as required related to setting up the VA for success.
4) Please include MY current role from my CURRENT Employment in the subject line of your application, not the name of my company.
