Energy reduction engineering support

I’m looking for an engineer (preferably mechanical but not a must) who can support me in my role as an energy reduction engineer. Basically I go to plants (around the world) and propose them what investments they can do to lower their utility bill. For example, a frequency inverted pump on a water coolant system, a heat recuperation heat exchanger on an exhaust, a different heat source, ec. The ideas are always quite straightforward but not yet detailed.

Your role would be to elaborate on the ideas I send you, substantiate them based on data (excel) and research (engineering degree), present them in an attractive (canva) and professional (AutoCAD) report. This will include financial calculations as well (CAPEX, OPEX). I can teach you the specifics of each step over time, but I need you to already have the basic scientific and software skills as mentioned above. Strong graphic/layout skills to make the reports attractive and easy for our customers to understand, is important.

I am starting this activity for my existing engineering business. Meaning, in the first months of the contract, this will only be about 10 hours of work per month at your usual rate. Over time however, if business develops, this has the potential to become a well paid remote job with flexible hours, giving you a full time income but still allowing you to continue your current work.

Being based in Manila is a plus but not necessary. I believe in the benefit of meeting once or twice a year in person.
