Our focus is on clean beauty; offering predominantly vegan, natural, and truth-based products for personal care. With our DIY kits, you can create your own deodorant, body lotion, toothpaste, and lip balm, for instance. How You Will Make a Difference:
As our Sourcing Agent, you will play an important role in curating our product offerings and upholding our commitment to quality and sustainability. Your expertise in research, negotiation and procurement will directly influence the range of products we offer.

The Right Person for the Role Is:
Someone who has a proven track record of sourcing experience and a sound understanding of purchasing procedures and supply chain dynamics. You 'know how to Google' and don't give up until you have found what you are looking for. Combined with your knowledge of natural cosmetics, and formulating of cosmetics, you are able to find the best products for us.

Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a sourcing role, preferably within cosmetics or related industries.
- Knowledge of natural cosmetics industry
- Strong research skills
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and tools
- Knowledge of purchasing procedures
- Strong communication skills in English

Not required but preferred:
A degree in a relevant field, such as business, economics, or supply chain management.
