Paid Social Visual Creator: Roles & Responsibility

About the Role:
As the Visual Creator, you are responsible for producing top-quality creative ads for social channels to achieve Right Hook’s north star: #1 Focus on the client's success and everything will follow.

Your day-to-day roles and responsibilities are broken down into, but not limited to:
-Research & Out-of-the-box thinking in creative ideation
-Presenting well developed creative ideas and concepts
-Producing effective and visually appealing creative ads for Paid Social Ads Client
-Iterating successful creative based on success metrics & hypothesis froUpgrade to see actual infodia Buyer’s Demo Report
-Attending and contributing to meetings, training and workshops across the company's organization matrix
-Engaging with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to collaborate and brainstorm work related activities
-Proactively and openly communicate work related activities within the organization
-Dedicating time and willingness for continuous personal self-development

WHAT WE NEED:

- Great Attention to Detail
- Effective and strong communication skills- written and oral (persuasive, influential, relationship-building)
- Knows workaround with ClickUp (or similar platform), G-Suite, Facebook Business Manager, Shopify
- Solid experience in Project Management and Client Facing Communications Role
- Basic to Intermediate understanding of e-Commerce (Shopify), media buying, and multi/cross-channel marketing (Social, Google, e-Mail)
- Background in Scrum-Sprint is a plus but not required.
- Previous experience working with a remote team and marketing agency
- Fast and reliable internet connection with available backup
- Located in S.E Asia, however, flexible to work either in the USA or AUS time zones.
