We are seeking a talented Marketing and Web Design Specialist to join our team. This role requires a unique blend of marketing and web design skills, aimed at enhancing our online presence, website traffic, lead generation, and driving our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate should be proficient in both web design and digital marketing, with a strong background in WordPress and SEO optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain our website using WordPress.
- Implement and maintain SEO strategies to increase online visibility.
- Create visually appealing web pages, layouts, and content.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align web design with overall marketing strategies.
- Analyze website performance and implement improvements.
- Manage and update website content to ensure it is current, relevant, and engaging.
- Optimize web pages.
- Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in web design and digital marketing.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Web Development, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in WordPress, including theme and plugin customization.
- Strong skills in SEO and web analytics.
- Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
- Excellent understanding of the entire web development process (design, development, and deployment).
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques.
- Strong aesthetic sense and graphic design skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
