Baker Homes and Estates was founded in 1984 by Thomas Baker in Washington State. We are a team now affiliated with one of the largest real estate companies in the world working out of Southern California.

What will you do?

We seek an Inside Sales Associate responsible for making outbound calls to generate business for our Buyer Agents and Listing Agents. In addition to calling our existing databank, this person must be a team player, must be able to work virtually, interact with various teaUpgrade to see actual infombers, and be flexible. The Inside Sales Associate must be personable and have great people skills. This individual must focus on success, be open, and have the ability to contribute to our team as a whole. The successful candidate may be eligible for additional hours if agreeable.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Schedule and participate in making outbound calls to lead-generate for new relationships
Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers including consistent follow-up touches
Meet the minimum standard of 50 contacts a day
Deliver excellent customer service

Work with team to ensure completion of team's goals of leads generated weekly
Identify the needs of customers and establish rapport to set an appointment with an agent
Learn our lead tracking systems.
Role Play daily
Learn and memorize Conversations
