Job Title: Compliance Manager

Job Overview:
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Compliance Manager to join our dynamic team at Paul Street, a strategic growth agency specializing in affiliate and partner marketing. The Compliance Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring adherence to company policies, brand guidelines, and legal requirements across all aspects of our operations. This role is critical in maintaining the highest standards of compliance, safeguarding our reputation, and supporting our commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities:
Compliance Oversight:
Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive compliance programs in alignment with company objectives.
Conduct regular audits to assess and ensure compliance with industry regulations, brand guidelines, and legal requirements.
Monitor advertising spy tools, search engine monitoring tools, and various analytics dashboards daily to ensure compliance issues are caught and resolved promptly.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with team members to integrate compliance considerations into daily operations.
Provide guidance to various departments to ensure that compliance is integrated into their processes and decision-making.
Training and Education:
Develop and conduct training sessions to educate employees on compliance-related matters.
Keep the team informed about changes in regulations and industry best practices.
Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of compliance activities.
Prepare and submit regular reports on compliance performance to management.
Issue Resolution:
Investigate and address compliance concerns, issues, or violations promptly and effectively.
Work closely with team members to flag compliance issues so that a resolution can be reached and implement corrective actions to prevent future compliance lapses.
Strategic Compliance Planning:
Develop and implement strategies to enhance overall compliance effectiveness.
Collaborate with leadership to anticipate potential compliance risks and implement preventive measures.

Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
Business education; or equivalent experience.
Experience in a compliance role, preferably in a marketing or agency setting.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
Attributes:
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding compliance targets.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Adaptability and a willingness to stay updated on industry compliance trends.
