JOB OVERVIEW

Responsibilities:

MTR Lead Generation & Admin Position:

*Scrape leads from LinkedIn.
*Research online B2B contacts using an existing list.
*Make phone calls to companies and representatives about available homes.
*Cold calling with scripts
*Long-Term Portfolio management

MTR Lead Nurturing:

*Manage CRM for B2B and property owner interactions.
*Client-facing communication for B2B and property owners.

MTR Hosting:

*Load reservations into PMS Hostfully, ensuring Safely insurance integration.
*Manage reservations, guest communications, cleaner communications, and maintenance solutions.

STR Hosting:

*Communicate with guests through PMS and AirBNB.
*Provide assistance and recommendations to guests.
*Ensure payment for VRBO and direct STR reservations.
*Oversee cleaning processes and supplies.
*Some STR management experience is welcomed to apply

Results:

*Add 10 new B2B contacts to the CRM daily.
*Send 1 weekly availability email to subsets of B2B contacts.
*Add 10 property owners per week to the MTR Platform.
*Maintain a review rating of 4.95 or higher.
*Maintain 100% response rate and resolve all overnight guest issues.
*Achieve a 1-minute response time for first inquiries and 10 minutes thereafter.

Requirements:

*Prior experience in guest support with Airbnb or another STR company.
*Native English language skills (written and spoken).
*Comfortable speaking on the phone.
*Extreme attention to detail.
*Enthusiastic learner with the ability to research independently.

Skills:

*Excellent typing skills with accuracy.
*Problem-solving abilities.
*Familiarity with various tech platforms (Google Workspace, Monday.com, Slack, Discord, YouTube, WhatsApp, Ring Central, Ring Camera, Breezeway, Loom, Zoom).
*Proficient English USA tone
*Sales & Cold Calling Experience

Other Requirements:

*Understand the hospitality industry and prioritize guest satisfaction.
*Flexibility with schedule, including busy and slow weeks.
*Maintain consistent pay.

Schedule & Rate:

*20 to 60 hours per week, 60 hours preferred
*$3 to $10 per hour based on phone skills
*Minimum $100 bonus per successful MTR contract with $100+ bonus for extensions
*Flexible hours and days, with the option to choose a consistent schedule
*Holidays and PTO: Holidays must be submitted in advance
*PTO (can be earned through performance bonuses)
*Flexible unpaid time off with advance notice
