JOB OVERVIEW

The Company:
W Self Storage is an owner/operator of self-storage facilities. Our company works
together to develop and manage self storage properties in communities across the
Midwest. Today, we have locations across Wisconsin and Kansas. Our team serves as
the hub for a one stop service for self storage needs. W Self Storage relies on innovative
technology to enable the profitable remote operation of our properties.

Responsibilities:
? Renting (selling) storage spaces to the public & customer problem resolution.
? Documentation of processes to support sales inquiry & customer problem
resolution.
? Interact effectively with Accounts Receivables, Maintenance, and Administrative
departments.
? Exploration, findings & summary of strategic revenue generating and expense
savings initiatives
? Communicate to management regarding areas of concern for customers as well
as potential opportunities for growth and process improvement.
? Analyze property operations financial data and provide forecasting support

Requirements:
? 5 or more years of sales experience in an inbound customer service/call center
environment. Bonus Compensation targets are contingent upon occupancy goals
each quarter.
? Proven ability to create process and documentation from scratch
? Experience with Google Workspace products (Docs, Slides, Sheets)
? Attention to detail, creative problem-solving and follow-up skills.
? Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
? Sitelink or Easy Storage Solutions (or relevant storage tools is a plus!)
