Job Description:
As a Full-Time VA Creative, you will play a crucial role in helping our marketing team execute campaigns, manage projects, and maintain our marketing technology stack. If you are a detail-oriented and motivated individual with experience using TRELLO this is the perfect opportunity for you to contribute to our success while working remotely.

Responsibilities:
Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels.
Create and schedule email marketing campaigns using HubSpot.
Maintain and update the company's HubSpot CRM database.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and update marketing materials.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.
Provide general administrative support to the marketing department as needed.

Qualifications:
Trello
Proficiency in, Adobe and Canva
Prior experience using HubSpot for email marketing and CRM management is a plus.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Portfolio of past projects
Basic knowledge of marketing principles and digital marketing trends.
Ability to work independently and remotely, managing your own schedule effectively.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
A proactive and creative mindset.

Working Hours:
This is a full-time position, approximately 40 hours per week, with a Monday to Friday shift from 8:00 AM EST to 5:00 PM EST Time Zone.
