Virtual Appointment Setter and Cold Caller

Cayde Accounting & Tax, a Filipino-Canadian virtual accounting firm, is on a robust growth path across North America. We are on the lookout for a Full-Time Virtual Appointment Setter and Cold Caller based in the Philippines. This role is ideal for someone who is not only a people person but also enjoys the thrill of cold calling and engaging with potential clients.

Role Overview:

Your primary responsibility will be to generate leads and set appointments with potential clients through both cold calling and utilizing social media platforms. This position is integral to our expansion, offering an exciting opportunity for professional growth.

What You'll Do:

- Perform outbound cold calls to prospective clients, demonstrating enthusiasm and a people-friendly approach
- Use social media platforms for additional lead generation
- Schedule appointments with prospective clients, coordinating with our operating hours (9 AM - 6 PM Central Time, Winnipeg)
- Maintain and manage client lead lists and notes effectively
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve lead conversion and client engagement

Qualifications:

- Proven track record in cold calling and lead generation
- Knowledgeable in using social media for business development
- Familiar with CRM tools, cloud communication platforms, and lead management
- Ring Central experience is a plus

Tech Savviness:

- Proficient in Gmail, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365
- Familiar with Microsoft Teams and CRM systems

Compensation:

Competitive commission-based remuneration. Commission is accrued from client payments, typically on a monthly basis, enabling the stacking of earnings and unlimited earning potential.

Full-time contractor role, aligned with 9 AM - 6 PM Central Time (Winnipeg)
