We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Manager to lead and manage the development of our tech/SAAS products. This role demands a strategic thinker with a strong background in business development, technical expertise, and experience in strategic assessments and psychometric testing. You will be responsible for defining the product vision, driving its lifecycle, and ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:
-Product Ownership: Lead the end-to-end management of tech/SAAS products, from conceptualization to launch and post-launch optimization. Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
-Business Development: Develop and execute strategies to build and expand the product line. Identify new market opportunities and drive business growth.
-Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to understand customer needs, market trends, and opportunities for innovation.
-Technical Expertise: Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to ensure successful delivery of tech/SAAS solutions. Translate complex technical requirements into actionable product features.
-Strategic Assessments: Utilize expertise in strategic assessments to evaluate market potential and product performance. Develop strategies to address gaps or challenges identified.
-Psychometric Testing: Integrate psychometric assessments and tests into the product where applicable. Ensure these tools are validated and provide actionable insights.
-Stakeholder Management: Work with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure successful product launches and customer satisfaction.
-Performance Monitoring: Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and improvements.
-Customer Focus: Engage with customers to gather feedback, understand their needs, and enhance the product based on their input. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
Qualifications:
-Proven track record in product management, specifically with tech/SAAS products. Demonstrated experience in business development and driving product growth.
-Strong understanding of technology and SAAS product development. Familiarity with the software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
-Experience with strategic assessments and psychometric tests. Ability to leverage these tools for product improvement and market positioning.
-Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency in using product management tools and software.
-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.
-Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities. Self-motivated and proactive with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
