We are looking for Sales development representatives responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients in need of staffing services within the designated market. If you enjoy talking to people and are interested in sales, this is the perfect position for you!
What you’ll be doing:
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through strategic outreach, networking, and relationship building.
Conduct discovery calls thoroughly to assess and understand client requirements and tailor staffing solutions accordingly
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful placement of qualified candidates
Closing deals and signing up clients for Bada
Meet and exceed sales targets, consistently driving revenue growth
What you’ll bring:
At least 6 months of proven experience in sales, specifically within the staffing services industry is REQUIRED
Willing to work graveyard shifts (EST US time / fixed weekends off)
Excellent phone etiquette
Articulate and persuasive oral and written communication skills
Upbeat and positive attitude with great energy - a must!
Ability to self-motivate and stay productive in a remote environment
A team player who works/participates with broader teams across the country
