About the Role
We're looking to hire a Digital Marketing / Ads Specialist for our fully remote team. This is a foundational hire, meaning you'll have lots of involvement in shaping our optimal strategy. This role will setup our ad campaigns, manage budgets and conversions, and run our email marketing as well. We’re looking for someone who can grow with us and rise from the ranks to potentially leading a department down the road.

Because we are still small, this is a great opportunity to grow into a more senior role with management responsibilities.

Daily Goals & Key Performance Indicators
Setup google, Facebook, and Linkedin customer acquisition funnels
Setup an outbound sales process to email prospective leads
Booking at least 15 qualified meetings a month with the sales rep
Send a daily report through email, detailing completed and ongoing tasks
