Cold Calling for information for my Email Marketing

I need someone who speaks english very well to cold call all of the CBD stores, cannabis dispensaries, smoke shops, and boutique clothing stores around the united states to retrieve their information such as their email, managers name, point of contact ( person you spoke with) etc.. The goal is to put that information in an excel sheet and then to send a personalized email to each person you spoke with. The goal is to sell them my sustainable hemp backpacks and duffle bags so they can retail them in their stores.
