Marketing Assistant & Integrator (Long Term Opportunity)

I am looking for a marketing assistant join my team handle daily tasks. This is an amazing opportunity to work for a veteran direct response marketer with decades of experience on a long term basis.

The main function of this role will be to work alongside our senior partners to support their initiatives. We have an immediate need for a few highly capable people to help us grow client account. Though the role allows you to work remotely, the team works in EST and all teaUpgrade to see actual infombers are expected to work in and around a EST work schedule between 9am-5pm.

Tasks will include:
- General digital marketing tasks
- Pulling together marketing data and advanced daily reporting
- Managing Sales processes based on SOPs and templates
- Project managing contractors and deliverables
- Working with our software to pull reports and execute on routine tasks
- Maintain and improve all SOPs within the agency

Who you are:
- You have a passion for digital marketing and digital marketing tools.
- You are eager to learn more about marketing.
- You take being organized and on top of your tasks seriously.
- You have expert-level experience as a marketing assistant.
- You are willing to work with us long-term (6+ months).

Experience in marketing is required, but we are willing to train in certain areas. Strong attention to detail and responsiveness is required.
