Key Responsibilities:
In your role as a Social Media Manager at KAM, you will be integral to our online presence and brand growth, responsible for:
- Developing and implementing social media strategies across platforms like Instagram,
- Crafting and scheduling engaging content tailored for each platform to boost growth and engagement.
- Analyzing social media performance with analytics tools, providing reports, and advising on strategy adjustments.
- Keeping up-to-date with social media trends, algorithm updates, and emerging platforms.
- Engaging with the online community, responding to comments, and building relationships.
- Collaborating with clients to understand their goals and create custom social media solutions.
- Conducting market research to stay ahead of digital trends and identify new opportunities.
- Managing paid social media campaigns and implementing SEO strategies for enhanced online visibility.
Qualifications and Skills:
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and skills:
- Proven experience in managing social media accounts across multiple platforms.
- Strong grasp of best practices on platforms like Instagram,
- Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics, and scheduling software.
- Excellent copywriting and content creation abilities.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data for actionable insights.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, capable of working independently or in a team.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Experience in Canva, Cap Cut, and similar content creation tools is preferred.
Work Hours:
The role requires:
- Flexibility to work across different time zones to cater to a US client base.
- Initially, a commitment of 15-20 hours per week, with potential to increase based on performance and business growth.
