Instagram & Tiktok Video Editor (Creative Director cum Brand Manager)

Hi there!
I'm Aez, electronic music producer (dark groovy, electronic bass music) from Singapore, living in Thailand.

My vision is to create inspiring music that leaves people in awe and gives them the chills, makes you wanna dance to it...
.. and I'll need help to do that.. so I can focus all my time in getting my music to the absolute best.

I'm looking for a dedicated full time creative director to produce all my video reels & tiktoks, so that I can consistently post 1-2 videos a day on Tiktok & IG. I hope to work long term with you and grow together, so I'm looking for a creative visual partner that believes in my art, brand, and vision.

Things that I need help with:
- Use my raw content footages to create high quality engaging Reels / Tiktoks, following my storyline OR creating your own creative storyline
- Create 1-2 pieces of video reels / Tiktoks a day, based on researched videos (Ones that work well), and make plenty of variations of first 5 seconds of videos to test
- Creative direction & suggestions - Helping me with organizing and improving my visuals on Instagram & Tiktok
- Learning my Tiktok / IG reels performance, learning from great research materials, breakdown the videos elements and understand why + make improvements to future edits.

Will be starting off with a trial sample video edit to see if the video fit my brand, and if the creative decisions / edits you make is what I'm looking for (style and quality - i.e Timing & Tempo, Color adjustments, Scene selection, How engaging it is, Smoothness of storytelling, Use of quality sound effects to enhance, etc). Because there's so many applications, I'll be using the trial sample edit as a filter.. And I'll look out for these criterias:
- quality of edits (types of assets you use, transitions, sfx, etc)
- can you 'get' the same flavour of the brand & style and vibes expressed in the same way (color, tempo, font style, font size, selection of scenes, how well it fits my persona and brand, etc)
- can you tell a great story (engaging, timing, concept, alignment with brand, etc)
- someone that I can trust, whom I like, that I can work with to handle all my visuals on social media / tiktok instagram videos
