JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

As a member of our CS department, you will be responsible for providing excellent support to our customers via email. Your primary goal is to make sure that all the emails will be handled promptly.

You will also be trained to do extra tasks from time to time, relevant to the company's needs.

Responsibilities:

- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries received via email (order adjustments, shipping information, product concerns, returns/exchanges).
- Resolve customer complaints, issues, and concerns proactively and efficiently.
- Work with other team members to ensure consistent and excellent customer service.
- Ensure peace within the department.
- Follow established procedures and guidelines for handling customer interactions.
- Be flexible and open to learning and performing other tasks as needed.
- Be able to answer 100 emails per day to start.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in customer service or a related field (preferably 2 years exp and above).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
- Proficiency in email etiquette and grammar.
- Great knowledge in Shopify is a MUST.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to follow the rules and adapt to changes.
- Hardworking and a team player.
