We are looking for Cold Callers for our WHOLESALE REAL ESTATE company who can start ASAP!

Daily Target of 2 leads per day. (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
- Hourly rate: $3.50/hour, paid weekly. (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
- $100 Commission for top performer (highest lead generator for the month)


COLD CALLER DESCRIPTION
Responsible for reaching out to homeowners
Performs outbound calls to prospects
Gathers information regarding the properties
Provide accurate details about qualified leads


We are looking for someone with:
1. Good English communication skills
2. With sales/marketing background
3. Coachable/ Trainable
4. Internet connection of at least 50 Mbps and wired connection(LAN) with USB Headset
5. PC/Laptop (Windows only) - at least i5
6. Able to work on CST (9 am to 6 pm)
